　　Shenyang Youyan Mineral Chemical Co., Ltd. is subordinate to China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNMC), it is a professional chemical enterprise engaging in production and R&D of nonferrous metal beneficiation reagent, plastic heat stabilizer auxiliary raw materials. The company is situated in Chemical Industrial Park, Shenyang Economic Development Zone, Liaoning Province, China, it is approved registered by relevant authority of China.

　　The predecessor of the company is Shenyang Mineing and Metallurgy Institute Metallurgy Chemical Factory, the subordinate company of Shenyang Nonferrous Metal Institute. Founded in 1978, it is the earliest chemical enterprise to engage in R&D and production of third generation of ether reagents. In 2007, it moved and founded Shenyang Youyan Mineral Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2008, China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. invested and restructured Shenyang Youyan Mineral Chemical Co., Ltd.
